I discovered bloody claw prints and other evidence of a murder scene in my basement, I called 1 Hour Pest Control By PHS and Mike arrived within the hour to perform a preliminary forensic analysis. 1 Hour Pest Control By PHS team of professional investigators arrived the following morning and worked from 8am-3pm to detect and seal vulnerabilities, set traps, remove the departed, and sanitize the area. I am very grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

We couldn’t recommend 1 Hour Pest Control By PHS more! I emailed them at 7am and they responded in 30 min. The field supervisor was there a few hours later to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and presented solutions which almost immediately calmed our concerns. Mike and his guys came out today and sealed off all entry points and even disposed of a rodent. These guys are professional and great. Thank you guys!

Gave Phil a call to get a quote to re-key a new exterior door knob. Turns out he was nearby and was able to come over within 10 minutes of the call. I honestly can't compare the price to anyone else, but he's been doing this a long time, so I imagine it's in line with the others. He was extremely personable, and did a great job in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use him again.

We found Phil after receiving multiple positive word of mouth reviews. Phil was able to rekey the locks to our new home quickly and for a reasonable price. He's also just a super nice guy; he even helped my husband with a quick home improvement project while he was here.

He also provided some good insight as to what to watch out for with other doors in my house and how to go about finding replacement parts. I would highly recommend Phil for any door/lock repair work.

Phil is great. We just bought a house and had him out to replace the locks. He quickly and efficiently replaced the locks, but the thing that makes him great is that he's very knowledgeable and helpful. We were discussing changing our door lever to a knob so that our 18mo wouldn't be able to open the door as easily, and he pointed us to an easy to install childproof lock that installs towards the top of the door.
